Larry Mehefko has more than 28 years of varied enterprise consulting and architectural design project experience, in both the public and private sectors. His areas of expertise include large-scale data center IT Operations & architectural design projects, including: enterprise-level server consolidation/virtualization, mission-critical infrastructure design, data center business impact analysis and financial justification, and IT service management data center assessments & remediation projects.
Larry was a senior ITSM consultant at Sun Professional Services, an enterprise consulting group providing technology and process improvement services for complex organizations. During his 13-year tenure there, he served as chief architect for the aerospace industry practice in Southern California, creating both technical and process design solutions for his clients. His roles at Sun included IT operations assessments, process design, and implementation for several service delivery and support processes, including change, incident and release management. Larry also led an enterprise consolidation initiative for a major aerospace company resulting in $256 million savings over three years.
Prior to that he was a VP, at First Interstate Bank, where his group provided technical support for the bank’s financial portfolio analysts, as well as a senior director at Gartner Consulting.

• IT Service Management Foundation & Manager’s Certifications, V2
• IT Service Management (ITIL Expert, V3) Certification
• U.S. Government Security Clearance, TS/SSBI (Department of Energy), TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Examination
Mehefko earned his MBA in the Management of Information Systems (MIS) at the University of California, Irvine’s Paul Mirage School of Management, and his BM degree from the University of Oklahoma, in Norman.
