ITIL Capstone Managing Across the Lifecycle (MALC) self-paced e-learning 2019

This 5-day course, Managing Across the Lifecycle (MALC), helps ITIL Expert candidates learn how to create integrated ITSM strategies, plans, and practices. Although most of the Intermediate classes focus on a particular lifecycle area, an overarching enterprise ITSM program has to coordinate and consolidate activities across the lifecycle, including a holistic approach to risk, metrics and reporting, process interfaces, service delivery, knowledge transfer, role definition and alignment, tooling, and capability requirements. MALC will teach you to “put it all together” into a coherent way to “do” ITSM.

All e-learning courses are professionally produced, streaming video-based courses. E-learning courses provide the same learning materials, including slides, review questions and instruction as a live or live-over-web course. The course includes the exam.

Students gain unlimited access to the course for 90 days from course activation.
