Modeling Techniques for the Business Analyst
Business Analysts are responsible for clear communication between IT and key business participants. By clearly communicating business requirements among key stakeholders, business analysts clarify business requirements, foster better collaboration for IT solution design and build, and create clear validation points to ensure a successful outcome. This class focuses on the many types of modeling techniques that are used by the business analyst in system development and provides hands-on experience for attendees to learn how to develop and interpret the models. Techniques taught are IIBA compliant.
